In general cut down on any refined carbohydrates & sugars, but more specifically these foods:
Biltong/chilli bites (slice them into bite size pieces)
Biting a full apple ( cut into slices)
Sticky toffees or sweets
Hard candies
Corn on the cob
Hard crisps/popcorn
Nuts
Xylitol chewing gum
Softer foods
