Taking Care of your Oral health:

-Use superfloss to floss your teeth between your braces

-Use braces brush to clean attachments

-Brush x2 daily

-Replace toothbrush monthly

-Brush should have soft bristles

-Toothpaste varies on preference (AVOID whitening toothpastes)

-Make sure it contains fluoride

-Clean the tongue with a tongue scraper

-Rinse with a mouth wash to clean all the soft tissues in your mouth
